Replacement and Refund Policy We at our store are committed to applying the provisions of the E-commerce Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we are keen to satisfy our customers by providing a clear and fair policy for replacement and refund, taking into account the nature of cosmetic products. First: Replacement Policy The consumer has the right to request a product replacement within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, unopened, and has not been utilized in any way. The product must be undamaged, not expired, and not exposed to any damage resulting from poor storage or use. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the replacement, and if its safety is confirmed, the replacement will be carried out according to the available products. The customer bears the shipping costs for the replacement, and in the case of international replacement, the customer bears all costs related to shipping and delivery. If the replacement is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the order from the store, the store bears all costs, and the customer is compensated with a replacement product free of charge. The customer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases: If the cosmetic product has been opened, used, or its original packaging removed, due to the privacy and health safety of these products. If the product was manufactured upon the customer’s special request or according to specific specifications, unless there is a defect or a violation of the agreed specifications. If it is proven that the damage or defect in the product resulted from misuse by the customer. Second: Refund Policy The customer has the right to request a refund within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition and has not been opened, used, or its packaging removed. Our team will inspect the product to confirm its condition before completing the refund process. The customer bears all costs of shipping for the refund, and in the case of international refunds, the customer bears all costs, including handing over the product to the shipping company. If the reason for the refund is a defect in the product or an error in the order from the store, the customer will be fully compensated, and the amount will be refunded without any deductions. The customer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases: If the cosmetic product has been used, opened, or its original packaging removed. If the product was manufactured specifically for the customer based on their request or with special specifications. If the defect appeared due to misuse or improper storage. If more than 7 days have passed since the date of receipt. Important notes: We apologize for not accepting returns or exchanges of products that have been opened, to preserve the health and safety of the consumer, and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. We always recommend verifying the products before opening or using them.
